Jen has been in the Fitness
industry for 10 years. For the past 5 years she has been working as
an athletic trainer with Football, Baseball and Rodeo Professionals.
She has worked with high school and college athletes designing sports
specific training and rehabilitation programs and has enjoyed working with
OB/GYN doctors designing programs for women before and after pregnancy.
